Dear Homeowners,
Announcements:
The water will be shut off next Wednesday, May 20th, between 9 AM and 1 PM for valve repair. Please prepare accordingly and monitor your home and neighboring areas for any issues after water restoration.
Pool is open for the season Saturday, May 16th. Please use code: 2 and 4 together, then 3.
The community pool party will be held on Memorial Day, Monday, May 25th, at 5 PM. Please bring a dish to share and your own drinks. Burgers and hotdogs will be provided. Join us for fun under the sun!
Reminder to Townhome Owners Only!
The first roof loan payment of $1,325.42 is due July 1st. Statements will be sent out June 1st, according to owner billing preference (i.e., mail or email). CMA will not draft any account via ACH. If owners would like CMA to draft their account with the July ACH, they need to reach out to Carrie Neville at cneville@cmacommunities.com to confirm and arrange.
