  On behalf of the Board of Directors of Carriage Homes at River Farm HOA, we are pleased to introduce the newly elected officers of the Board:

  Mitchell Sepaniak – Vice President
  Emily Halcomb – Treasurer (continuing her dedicated service on the Board)

  2. Non-Emergency Building (Townhomes) & General Issues

  All non-emergency townhome building matters and general concerns should be submitted through the CMA portal. If you need assistance with creating a CMA account, please email Carrie cneville@cmacommunities.com and include your name, association, address and email address you want linked to your CMA account and to use as your login ID.

  1. Loan Payment Reminder ( Townhome owners only)
     Please note that your upcoming assessment payment of $1,325.42 will be due on July 1st, 2026.
