CARRIAGE HOMES "Notes"

Several Updates:

- We would like to have a special “Shout Out!” to Galina Zemtsova for working so hard to plant Spring Flowers at our entryway. It looks beautiful!!! Please thank her for all of her hard work!

- Another “Shout Out” to Lisa Moghazy for developing our new Carriage Homes Website & Directory! We will update you when they will be available!

- The pool committee has been hard at work helping prepare for the upcoming “Pool Season”. We had one setback…..we had to drain the pool…..but we should be back on track. We will keep you posted! But thanks to everyone on the pool committee!

- We still have room on several committees and encourage everyone to actively participate! Please contact any Board Member to let them know which committee you would like to be on. The Committees Include:

1. “Website & Directory”: Keeping up on “Current Events” & Changes of Homeowners.

2. “Decorating & Beautification”: Helping Celebrate Different Events & Holidays. Suggestions & Implementation of Beautifying the Grounds.

3. “Capital Improvements”: Suggestions on Large Projects for the Neighborhood & A Plan to Implement Them.

4. “Architectural Control”: Approval of Homeowners Changes & CC&R Compliance

5. “Pool”: Upkeep of the Pool Area, Including, Restroom Cleanliness, Pool Furniture, Reports of Any Issues with the Actual Pool.

6. “Activities”: Planning “extra” activities (i.e. Neighborhood Yard Sale, etc.)
