Dear Resident of Carriage Homes At River Farm Homeowners Association Inc,
Dear homeowners,
The Board of Directors is writing to remind all residents of the
parking rules set forth in our community’s Covenants and Restrictions. Your
cooperation with these rules is essential to maintaining the safety,
cleanliness, and quality of life that make our neighborhood a wonderful place
to call home.
Parking Rules in Effect
Our governing documents establish the following parking
requirements, which apply to all residents and their guests:
• Permitted Parking Areas: Vehicles must be
parked in the unit’s designated garage or on the driveway. Daytime parking may
be somewhat flexible, but residents are strongly encouraged to use their
driveways whenever possible.
• Street Parking: Our streets are narrow, and vehicles
parked on the street create safety hazards, obstruct trash collection services,
and cause inconvenience to neighbors. Long-term or overnight parking on the
street is strictly prohibited.
• Off-Road / Grass Areas: Parking on lawns,
grass areas, or any unpaved surface is strictly prohibited at all times.
Special Circumstances & Exceptions
We recognize that life brings occasional situations — parties,
family visits, or other events — where additional parking may be needed. In
such cases, we ask that you:
1. Communicate proactively with your immediate neighbors, inform them
of your plans in advance, and provide your contact information in case any
issues arise.
2. Notify the Board so that we are aware of the situation and can
address any questions or concerns from other residents appropriately.
Enforcement
Please be advised that the Board will be actively monitoring
parking throughout the community going forward and addressing
noncompliance in accordance with our governing documents to preserve a safe, orderly, and pleasant
environment for every resident.
